Rajiv Pujar -Founder & Mentor | Ex-McKinsey

As Founder and Chairman of the Pujar Academy Educational Trust, he brings over 30 years of experience spanning technology, product engineering, training, mentoring, strategy, and leadership. He previously held senior technology leadership positions at McKinsey, Hitachi, and other global multinational corporations across India, the USA, the UK, and Southeast Asia.

We are an initiative supported by Pujar Academy, a recognised charitable educational trust in Shivamogga, Karnataka, with a long-standing reputation in skill development and community education in this region. TTG extends that legacy into school education — bringing expert teachers, modern methods, and future-ready skills to students of Classes 8, 9, and 10, with plans to expand across the K–12 continuum.
